TETRA began in 1981 as a pioneer in the completion-fluids industry. TETRA is the leading worldwide producer and marketer of calcium chloride with six North American and three European production facilities. To secure a guaranteed resource for its customers, TETRA invested in the first clear brine fluid manufacturing facility dedicated to the oil and gas industry. TETRA engineers and fabricate a wide-range of compressor and pump packages for global markets and ship throughout the world.
